Overview
Neuberger Berman’s Private Wealth division is currently in a strategic inflection point: the head of marketing seat has been vacant for over six months, and while a long-term search remains in motion, the team is navigating real-time strategic needs that require high-level leadership and decision-making support.
This engagement would provide an interim solution: Offering your team direct access to a seasoned CMO and advisor with deep specialization in wealth management marketing, coupled with mentorship and coaching for your current marketing staff.
Scope of Engagement
Weekly Strategy Meetings with Henry, Stephanie, and/or senior leadership to provide guidance on major marketing priorities, campaign decisions, and business planning
Mentorship & Coaching for the three private wealth marketing staff members, including:
Creative and campaign review
Communication strategy
Marketing judgment development
Career mentorship and leadership skills
CMO-Level Decision Support on vendor evaluation, media buying strategy, campaign planning, and creative direction
Flexible Scheduling via Zoom and Calendly with options for ad hoc meetings or standing weekly calls
Optional Add-On: Wealth Management Marketing Certification for team members, if desired
Time Commitment
10 hours per week, flexible use across strategy, team mentorship, and advisory; while the main contact around strategy will be Amy, she may bring in other subject matter experts from her team around coaching, mentoring, idea generation and more.
3-month initial term, with the option to extend or formalize into a longer-term solution if the in-house search is paused or redefined
Proposed Investment
$10,000/month
Includes:
→ Up to 10 hours/week of Amy’s direct strategic support (approx. 40–45 hrs/month)
→ Amy may bring in some other subject matter experts from her team as needed
→ If needed, fccess to Select Advisors’ full executional team (design, content, video) as needed
→ Coaching resources and mentorship infrastructure
→ Meeting coordination, documentation, and Email availability
→ Optional add-on: In-person visits (priced separately if requested)
Flexibility
We understand this is a critical yet fluid moment. Should you wish to start with a shorter pilot, we are happy to offer a 3-month initial engagement with an evaluation check-in before year-end. Our role can also evolve alongside your internal hiring process.
