Overview of Women in Wealth
This three-month program is designed to help Modern Wealth lay the groundwork for a long-term, impactful Women in Wealth initiative. This engagement builds a lasting foundation - both internally for your team and externally through client-facing experiences that reflect the values of your firm.
The program is led by Amy Parvaneh and the Select Advisors Institute team, bringing experience across financial services, women's leadership development, and high-net-worth client engagement. The outcome: a mentorship-style environment internally, a toolkit for scalable events externally, and a clear structure that lives well beyond the initial rollout.
Program Structure
This engagement is divided into four key components, delivered over a 3-month period.
1. Internal Women’s Group Strategy & Vision
Facilitate a kickoff strategy session with key stakeholders
Define the purpose, mission, and values of the Women in Wealth group
Set realistic and measurable goals for the next 1–2 years
Outline success metrics tied to engagement, retention, and leadership development
Recommend structure, leadership roles, and meeting cadence to foster momentum
Identify opportunities for multi-generational mentorship within the firm
2. Charter Document Development
Draft a formal, branded Women in Wealth Charter Document to be used as the guiding framework
Charter includes:
Purpose and goals
Meeting structure and cadence
Leadership roles and responsibilities
Suggested annual programming themes
Final version will be professionally branded for internal use and team onboarding
3. Client-Facing Event Toolkit
Design a scalable client engagement concept that regional offices can host independently
Toolkit includes:
Event title and concept
Sample invitations and RSVP language
A ready-to-use agenda and timing guide
Talking points and moderator prompts for advisors or leaders
Planning checklist for internal teams or administrative support
This toolkit is designed to be repeatable and turnkey, allowing offices to deepen relationships with female clients and prospects consistently across the country
4. Launch & Offsite
Amy Parvaneh will lead the first virtual Women in Wealth meeting as a guest speaker
This kickoff session will model the tone and culture of the group moving forward
Additional support will be provided throughout the 3-month engagement to ensure implementation and handoff of materials and group leadership
An in-person event for the Women in Wealth Leadership Team in Scottsdale – one day

Timeline:

What’s Included:
Up to 6 hours of live strategy, facilitation, or presentations by Amy Parvaneh
Up to 12 hours of writing, research, design, and project management by Select Advisors Institute team and subject matter experts

A 6-Month Leadership Program for G2 Clients or Next-Gen Team Members
This six-month program is designed to support the professional development of next-generation leaders at Modern Wealth. The engagement builds a lasting foundation for business growth, leadership readiness, and peer-to-peer collaboration across departments and roles.
The program is led by Amy Parvaneh and the Select Advisors Institute team, bringing experience in sales development, communication strategy, and organizational leadership within financial services. The outcome: a confident, engaged cohort of future leaders who are aligned with Modern Wealth’s long-term goals and client experience standards.
Program Structure
This engagement is delivered over a six-month period, with one curated session per month.
1. Participant Cohort & Peer Engagement
Up to 20 participants selected from next-gen professionals across the firm
Peer pairing built into the program structure to encourage collaboration and accountability
Consistent cohort model to build cross-functional connection and team alignment
2. Leadership Development Curriculum
Six curated 60-minute Zoom sessions, delivered monthly
Topics include:
Leadership mindset and professional presence
Sales and business development strategy
Time management and prioritization
Hiring, delegation, and team communication
Delivering a consistent and differentiated client experience
Sessions are interactive, practical, and directly tied to daily responsibilities
3. Expert Facilitation & Implementation Support
Led by Amy Parvaneh and the Select Advisors Institute team
Select guest experts may be invited to contribute to specific modules
Optional exercises and application tools provided between sessions to encourage action
4. Program Completion & Graduation
Program concludes with a graduation ceremony (an in-person final event that includes graduation for G2 in Scottsdale – one day)
Reinforces completion and alignment with Modern Wealth’s leadership values
Helps participants feel recognized and equipped with a clear growth framework

Pricing
Women in Wealth: $15,000
Modern G2: $21,500
Combined: $30,000
Combined with Travel (both travel dates must be in the same trip on two consecutive dates: $40,000)

All payments due at execution.
Payments via credit card.
This contract is for a term of 12 months from execution
