2 One-on-One Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
These private sessions are intended for attorneys who may benefit from more hands-on refinement. They provide:
Individualized feedback based on communication style
Custom scripting for common scenarios they struggle with
Roleplay and critique for building confidence and efficiency
Guidance on how to reduce call time without sounding dismissive
Up to two attorneys may participate in these coaching sessions.
Firm-Branded Intake Manual
Following the live training, your firm will receive a written manual based on the specific phrasing, approaches, and tactics developed during the sessions. This includes:
A model intake call structure
Objection handling library
Guidelines for ending calls professionally with clear next steps
Notes from real scenarios your attorneys encountered
This document becomes a repeatable process resource and is ideal for new attorney onboarding.
Internal Recap Video
We also provide a short internal-facing video (5–10 minutes) that summarizes the key takeaways of the program. This includes example language, high-level strategies, and insights captured during the sessions. It's designed to reinforce the training long-term and help bring future hires up to speed.
