This engagement provides a complete transformation of your growth engine through executive level strategy, implementation, and accountability for KPI driven results over 12 months.

This package delivers direct access to senior leadership focused on building a scalable, measurable, institution ready growth system for founder led firms that are pursuing meaningful organic and inorganic expansion.

This entire engagement is built with the explicit intention of driving toward your leadership goal of adding $50 million in new AUM in 2026. All strategic decisions, quarterly structures, and execution priorities will be aligned to support this target in a measurable, institution ready way.

Quarterly KPI Framework

The quarterly KPIs for this engagement are structured to track progress at the executive level rather than at a tactical marketing level. Each quarter focuses on a different aspect of organizational readiness and measurable growth activity.

Quarter One KPIs

The first quarter evaluates foundational readiness. These KPIs measure how many core growth elements have been built, standardized, or put into motion. This includes structural alignment across service lines, full readiness of the systems that support conversion, clarity across messaging and positioning, and the operational preparation required to support future pipeline and AUM growth.

Quarter Two KPIs

The second quarter evaluates activation. These KPIs measure whether the organization is producing meaningful early stage interest, whether audiences are responding to your positioning, whether internal teams are identifying appropriate opportunities, and whether the early stages of the pipeline begin reflecting movement and momentum.

Quarter Three KPIs

The third quarter evaluates conversion. These KPIs measure how efficiently opportunities move through the sales process, how strong advisor conversations and follow through have become, how consistently internal teams hand off qualified situations, and the early AUM traction attributable to structured growth work.

Quarter Four KPIs

The fourth quarter evaluates scale. These KPIs measure the firm’s ability to grow the channels that have performed, retire the channels that have not, improve cycle times, increase high quality late stage pipeline, and prepare for an accelerated year two strategy based on actual performance data.

Meeting Cadence

You will receive high priority, consistent access, and ongoing leadership support throughout the engagement. This includes:

• Weekly meetings on an as-needed basis, no limit
• Quarterly strategic reviews aligned to KPI progression
• Regular communication for reviews, decisions, and execution

Package Terms

Commitment:
This engagement is structured as a 12 month contract. At the 6 month mark, your leadership team will have the option to either continue at the same level, reduce the monthly fee to a revised structure that will be mutually agreed upon at that time, or conclude the engagement after completing month six. Should you choose to conclude at month six, the final month’s work will be completed and a standard 30 day written notice will apply. After the initial 12 month term, the contract transitions to a month to month agreement.

Recommended at $5,000 per month, paid directly to ad platforms.
