You’re acquiring firms rapidly, centralizing your operational engine, and placing Chief Growth Officers (CGO) to drive organic expansion across your portfolio.

Program Structure
Six Month Pilot Cohort
Participants:
• 6–10 advisors across two partner firms
• All program sessions also attended by CGOs to ensure adoption and reinforcement internally
Cadence:
• Monthly 90-minute live training sessions (Zoom)
• Monthly 30-minute CGO coaching sessions
• Interactive curriculum, practice, mock meetings, and breakout exercises
• Pre-session and post-session reflections to track progress
Philosophy:
Your advisors don’t need to become top 1 percent closers.
